Pamela Kennedy

Pamela Kennedy

Co Founder

Pamela Kennedy is a business development strategist with over three decades of team leadership experience building new business portfolios, growing brand recognition, and revenues profitably across multiple industries. Her track record includes sales and executive roles for privately held companies to include; Palace Entertainment and Hybrid1, and at Fortune 200 companies, to include; 20th Century Fox, SYNNEX Corp, Disney, and Coca-Cola.

Most recently, Pamela consulted on executive teams with companies in the medical space focusing on complex application and approval processes for laboratories, pharmacies and doctors groups. Additional areas of focus included compliance, permitting, and state license approvals. Pamela successfully negotiated the purchase of a pharmacy, a physician’s practice, and obtained numerous CLIA and lab licenses with our partners at DHCS and CDPH.

During her tenure at Synnex Corp, a multinational IT services corporation, Pamela spearheaded the growth of the consumer electronics retail division, expanding distribution in the college and university channel. Notably, she successfully launched distribution of Beats by Dre in college bookstores to include USC, UCLA, and NYU. She also launched Beats by Dre in luxury retail outlets to include Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom. During her tenure she grew her portfolio to $85 million+.

As the Regional Sales Manager and New Business Development at 20th Century Fox, Pamela managed a $100M+ portfolio for the Home Entertainment Division in grocery and retail. She worked with notable retailers to include Safeway, HEB, and Shop Co. Pamela was responsible for national distribution of DVDs and co-led national marketing efforts with consumer product companies.

At Walt Disney, Pamela was an Advertising Sales Manager, selling corporate sponsorships for the Mighty Ducks, an NHL team, and adeptly managed the sponsorship portfolio during the 2003 NHL season lockout, achieving new sponsorship revenue.

A Channel Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, Pamela expanded Coca-Cola’s market reach and optimized channel sales strategies in the Western Area Local Market. She successfully developed sales channel strategies for colleges and universities, regional and state fairs, and small businesses.

For over 20 years Pamela has consulted for small to medium businesses focused heavily on location-based entertainment to include waterparks, theme parks, and themed restaurants.

Managing an aggregate portfolio of $1B+ spanning her career underscores her ability to navigate complexities and consistently deliver exceptional results.

Based in Orange County, CA Pamela actively participates in the World Affairs Council and the California Women’s Leadership Association, showcasing her commitment to community engagement and leadership development.

Natalie Alvarez

Natalie Alvarez is a Director of Strategic Alliances, for Solyco Capital a private equity and venture capital group that delivers capital solutions for late- stage startup and growth companies.

In 2022 she was appointed by Governor Lee to serve on the Tennessee State Workforce Development Board. Serving over six million Tennesseans, and managing an annual budget of $200M, the Board provides leadership and guidance to the state’s workforce system, while also increasing the competitive position of Tennessee businesses and attracting new businesses through the development of a highly skilled workforce.

Natalie was also recently featured in a national campaign by OUTFRONT Media as a trailblazer and change-maker for Hispanic Heritage month. She was among leaders in media, finance, health, CPG, entertainment, aeronautics, and beyond who are inspiring a new generation of Americans of all ethnicities.

Prior to joining Solyco, Natalie was a Director at Alder, a national, social, and civic organization of private-sector leaders who share a desire to secure a free and just society for generations to come. As the first hire of Alder, Natalie’s expertise is anchored in relationship management, community building, political fundraising and stewardship, and experience design.

Natalie is also passionate about civic engagement and has over a decade of experience volunteering for political campaigns and PACs with the goal of encouraging women to run for office.

Earlier in her career, Natalie was a Strategist at Outside Eyes, a marketing and communications firm specializing in messaging and earned media for industries including sports, real estate, technology, entertainment, and nonprofits.

She studied Communications and Public Relations at California State University Fullerton and earned her M.B.A. from Concordia University. A lifelong learner, she most recently earned a certification from Yale’s School of Executive Management in Women’s Leadership.

She’s an avid reader, a lover of freedom, a student of fine fragrance, and has been published in online millennial story-telling platforms.

Ismail Amin

Ismail is a multi-jurisdictional practitioner with substantial experience in business, securities, and biotechnology transactions and disputed matters. Ismail has handled disputes all over the world and throughout the United States on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and mid-sized privately held companies in diverse fields such as biologics, biotechnology, banking, financial services, and securities regulation.

In the Board Room – Ismail has counseled the firm’s healthcare provider and business clients in acquiring or selling assets while maximizing return and minimizing risk. He has helped clients acquire or sell over $5 billion worth of healthcare-related assets, including hospitals. Moreover, Ismail has substantial experience in various forms of mergers and acquisitions involving both acquiring and targeting clients. Additionally, Ismail has guided healthcare and biotech clients with various Food & Drug law, and FDA regulatory issues including filing for Pre-Market Approval and 510(k) submissions. Ismail started the “Biotech Bulletin” and writes extensively on emerging issues before the FDA for biologics and biotechnology companies.

Ismail is also the exclusive IR Global advisor for Crypto and Digital Assets for the Nevada market.

With respect to disputed matters, Ismail has considerable trial and arbitration experience, having been involved in over 85 trials and arbitration across multiple jurisdictions from the inception of his legal career. He has successfully litigated shareholder accounting disputes, complex, securities-related actions, trade-secret matters, trademark/trade-dress infringement claims, and commercial matters. Also, Ismail has substantial experience before the USPTO, having litigated multiple TTAB proceedings involving trademark disputes.

Ismail is admitted to practice law in California, Nevada, Texas, North Carolina & New York. Ismail attended the University of California, Irvine, and obtained a double major in International Studies and Political Science. Thereafter, Ismail attended law school at Pepperdine University, and currently serves on the Dean’s Council. In 2019, Ismail earned his Graduate Certificate from Stanford University in Genetics & Genomics. In 2022, Ismail earned his Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Enterprise & Entrepreneurship from Johns Hopkins University. Most recently, Ismail earned his Master’s in law at Georgetown Law Center’s LLM program in Securities & Financial Regulation.

Ismail is proud to serve as a Board Member for Endure to Cure – a non-profit organization that brings emotional boosts to children in cancer treatment and provides a helping hand to their families. Finally, Ismail is a global Alder member.

In addition to practicing law, Ismail is a licensed pilot, avid marathon runner, and Muay Thai Kickboxer. Ismail is proud to have earned his Abbot Labs’ 6-star medal for completion in all 6 of the World Marathon Majors.
